Gaaah.. tiiiiiiiiiiired. Been a long day. Went to bed late, woke up early, rode a train for 3 hours (studying vocabulary all the way!), made copies of past graduate school entrance exams, then took a Japanese test. Left my house at 7:20am, got back to my house (to head out to dinner) at 6:50pm. After heading out to a book store and a cafe to study, it’s now 12:30am and I’ve still got to write my monthly reports for my company.<\/p>\n
Naturally, I should be getting to that, but.. you know, it’s not exactly exciting. There’s also the extra fun part that my boss doesn’t actually read<\/i> my monthly reports. I just have to submit them (for mysterious reasons). Though knowing I can sleep when I’m finished is a definite draw!<\/p>\n
Don’t have too much to say, actually. Just wanted to mention my test is finished, and now I can work on preparing for university entrance exams. Woohoo! The only problem we’re facing now is.. what do I do if I don’t pass the test? I’m not being negative here, just realistic. There are so many points of failure that if everything doesn’t go perfectly (language test, research proposal, entrance exam, interview), things may not work out. So do I kill time and wait for the next time around, or just move on and find a new job actually utilizing my language skills?<\/p>\n
I just wish I had someone to talk this through with. In lieu of that, I ramble to myself late at night on my own website. Blah blah. Everyone else I talk to just says “YOU’LL DO GREAT!!!! YAY!!!! GO!!! IT’S NO PROBLEM AT ALL!!!!”<\/b>. Though I appreciate the support and enthusiasm, I don’t want to talk about if things go right. I can do that by myself. I want to be constructive and talk about alternative plans.<\/p>\n
But now I’m just complaining, aren’t I?<\/p>\n
