08/23/2005: "All I see are stormclouds.."

For some reason that I don't understand, I can't seem to sleep past the six hour mark. Went to sleep really early today, too, but I still can't sleep more than 6 hours. Quite annoying. I was hoping to try to catch up on some sleep today.

Finished the coloring book today and posted it to the message board. Need to add it to the website later today. Overall, I think it came out well. I like it. I'll probably never use it, but it is really cool. I want to add more pages, particularly CCSakura. Next up is the GBemu that I need to edit and implement. I'm really hoping that it won't take so much work.. but I kinda doubt it. When all that's done, I want to redesign my journal. Probably either a PGSM or Precure design. Probably. I've also wanted to do something with MetalGear..

There's a thunderstorm going on outside right now. Really quite nice, and I'm half-hoping for rain. Unfortunately, tomorrow/today is my last day to get stuff done before school, and I still need to do that birthday shopping that keeps throwing me into bouts of confusion. I have all my school book shopping done, so I don't need to do anything school related for the last day, other than figure out where my classes actually take place (which consists of me writing some class codes, class names, teacher names, and room numbers on a piece of paper. Now that's high-tech).

I need to write some e-mails and I don't really have anything to write here, so I guess I'll get going. Ever since getting back, I nearly constantly feel half-awake sometime in the afternoon, the world stops feeling real. I can still carry conversations, but I find that while I'm talking I hardly seem to have heard half of what the person said and what's going on. I really just need to sleep. The problem is, it's not working, even when I try.

So, until this sorts itself out, I guess I'll just be mildly more productive, as I have more time in the day to get stuff done.

I'll write sometime again later, probably after the semester starts up. Today, I plan on finishing up that birthday shopping (I won't leave the mall until I've found something), go out to a few places, update the site, start the emu, and then I'll be heading out to dinner at one of my previous JPN classmate's new apartment. Should be nice.

Raining full force now. Hopefully it'll stop in the next few hours, as I have to walk a few miles today to get to and from the mall..
