03/01/2007: "Pick your battles, but fight for what you believe in"

Current Sounds: Daniel Powter - You Had a Bad Day

Jason-san,

I'd like to have a meeting with you.
Do you have time after class tomorrow?

Under normal circumstances, this is a rather simple e-mail that I just received. Considering the events of this week, however, I'm quite probably (to put it bluntly) screwed. Badly. Not in the normal "oh, darn!" kinda way either. This is a meeting that I may actually have to refuse to go to.

Why? For reasons I can't exactly make public at this point in time. But I'm currently caught up in a situation where I've done what I feel is the right thing to do, and that I rather have to do for moral reasons. Before you go out and do something that has (potentially) far-reaching consequences, you should make sure you're committed and ready to face what may be coming up.

How ironic. And here I thought today was bad. Tomorrow may top it.

Anyway.. ideally, I'm just paranoid. I highly doubt it (the timing's too good), but it's possible. For now, I have some homework to do, gonna study a bit, and then try to relax a bit. I really don't like being sick.. blargh.

Wish me luck..

If you feel what you're doing is right, then it's important to stick with it i think.
