08/29/2007: "Quick update"

Apparently the brain scans are back. Little to no activity. That friend of mine in the hospital has been given about a 2% chance of recovery by the doctors.

The family is making the decision on whether or not to pull life support soon.

A student at the University attempted suicide at their dorm over the weekend, but survived. And now a kid who just took some perscription pills with alcohol is going to die from an accident.

Life just isn't fair. Whoever sits back and watches this stuff happen is pretty sick indeed.

I'm sorry, Taylor, but apparently wanting something bad enough doesn't always end in the proper result.

We're hoping for the best, but unfortunately, the outlook's not so good.
